% 02.02.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 158/2016, PS Defence Colony registered under Section 408/420/467/468 Indian Penal Code, 1860 submitting to the effect that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent no.2.

Head Constable Kishor Singh, Investigating Officer of the case present today in Court and had identified the petitioner and the respondent no.2 and his statement has been recorded. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, which is thus dismissed as withdrawn.

CRL.M.C. 5256/2017 RITESH JAJU Vs. THE STATE GOVT OF NCT OF DELHI & ANR Statement of CW1 : HC Kishor Singh, PS Defence Colony, Delhi. ON S.A.

I identify the petitioner Shri Ritesh Jaju, s/o Shri Hira Lal Jaju as being the sole accused arrayed in FIR No. 158/2016, registered at PS Defence Colony, under Sections 408/420/467/468 Indian Penal Code, 1860 and I also identify the respondent no. 2 Shri Hukum Singh as being the complainant of the FIR in question present today in Court. The proof of identity of the petitioner and of the respondent no.2 in the form of photocopies of their Aadhar Card are on the record as Ex.CW1/A and CW1/B respectively. (Originals seen and returned). Apart from the petitioner no. 1 there is no other person arrayed as an accused in the said FIR.
