% 16.02.2018 The petitioner is the plaintiff of two suits, they being: civil suit (no.577509/2016) and civil suit (no.611422/2016), each statedly filed on the original side of this Court but transferred to the District Courts on change of the pecuniary jurisdiction, the former now pending on the file of the Additional District Judge, North-West at Rohini and the latter pending on the file of the Additional District Judge, West District at Tis Hazari. Though in the transfer petition, a prayer was for the former suit to be transferred from North-West District to West District, at the hearing the counsel submits that since the subject property is located within the territorial jurisdiction of North-West District, the relief other way round may be granted to which the respondents submit no objection.

TR.P.(C.) 203/2017

Thus, the civil suit (no.611422/2016) pending in the court of Ms. Vandana Chauhan, Additional District Judge, West District at Tis Hazari shall stand transferred to the court of Mr. Sunil Chaudhary, Additional District Judge, North-West at Rohini Court Complex. The transferor court shall send the file to the transferee court after fixing an appropriate date for the parties to appear there. The petition is disposed of in above terms.
