CM No. 44146/2017 By way of this writ petition the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent to demarcate his land situated in Khasra No. 783 of the Revenue Estate of Village Aya Nagar, District South, New Delhi (presently known as Ishwar Colony, Phase V, Aya Nagar, New Delhi). Demarcation is sought through the Total Station Method (TSM). The last application submitted by the petitioner before the competent authority is dated 24.06.2017 (part of the record). In this application it is stated that the petitioner is ready to pay the charges for demarcation through the TSM.

On advance notice, learned counsel for the respondent has put in appearance. Respondent submits that in case the demarcation has not been carried out, the same would be carried out in accordance with law in terms of the averments made by the petitioner in his application dated 24.06.2017.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
