O R D E R

% 08.12.2017 It is submitted that respondent no. 2 has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, FIR No. 456/2015 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mandawali and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 Ms. Urmila Tomar is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Santosh Kumar of police station Mandawali. Respondent no. 2 says that first motion has already been accepted. She further submits that she has already received entire settled amount.

Petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2 say that they will co-operate each other in moving the second motion and its acceptance by the trial court. Respondent no. 2 submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further against the petitioner no. 1 and his relatives, that is, petitioner nos. 2 to 7 and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 456/2015 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mandawali and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
