O R D E R

% 05.12.2017 Respondent no. 2 is father of respondent no. 3. On the complaint of respondent no. 2, FIR No. 239/2015 under Section 363 IPC was registered at Police Station Hauz Qazi.

At the time of incident, respondent no. 3 was aged about 17 years and 4 months.

In her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., respondent no. 3 stated that she had accompanied the petitioner of her own free will, after her father scolded her. She has not levelled any allegation against the petitioner that he established physical relations with her. It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no. 3 were in love. Now, they have married on 6th February, 2017 with the blessing of respondent no.

2 and parents of the petitioner. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and say that they are not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, as detailed above, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the petitioner and private respondents entangled in the criminal proceedings. Accordingly, in the interest of justice FIR No. 239/2015 under Section 363 IPC registered at Police Station Hauz Qazi and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
