% 18.12.2017 Despite service of advance notice, none has appeared for contesting respondent No.1.

In this petition, compliance of order of 11th February, 2009, followed by order of 1st July, 2016 passed by second respondent is sought. It is the first respondent who is to comply with the aforesaid order.

Since no Representation was made by petitioner to seek compliance of aforesaid order, therefore, this petition is disposed of with permission to petitioner to file a concise Representation to first respondent within two weeks. If any such Representation is received by first respondent, then within four weeks of receipt thereof, the first respondent shall pass appropriate orders thereon and if first respondent W.P.(C) 11286/2017

chooses not to grant the relief, as claimed by petitioner, the reasons for not doing so be spelt out. The fate of petitioner's Representation be made known to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. A copy of this order be sent to first respondent forthwith to ensure its compliance.
