The learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that in spite of best efforts, the plaintiff has been unable to trace out the details of the LRs of the defendant no.2, she has instructions to withdraw the present suits.

The suits are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, however, granting liberty to the plaintiff to revive the same in case any situation warrants it in the future.
