The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.1617/2015 registered under Sections 363/376 IPC and Section 6 POCSO Act at PS Neb Sarai. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. On perusal of the file, it reveals that there are serious allegations against the petitioner whereby he allegedly sexually assaulted the prosecutrix aged around 4 years. 3.

Considering the gravity of the offence, no sufficient ground for grant of bail. The bail application is dismissed. S.P.GARG, J.
