Ms. Chaudhary says that she will be able to obtain a certificate showing 80% attendance. Dr. Gosain says that if, the certificate is obtained from any of the three authorities i.e., Head of the Department / Dean / Registrar, that would suffice. 2.

With the aforesaid statement of the learned counsel for the respondent in place, the writ petition is disposed of, with a direction that if, the petitioners were to produce an attendance certificate showing 80% attendance from any of the three authorities, as indicated above, the petitioners will be admitted as indicated by the respondent to the relevant course.

While offering seats to the petitioners, interim order dated 06.10.2015 will be kept in mind by the respondent. W.P.(C) 9555/2015

In view of the statement made by the counsel for the respondent, Ms. Chaudhary says that she does not wish to press the captioned petition, any further.

The writ petition and the pending application are, accordingly, disposed of.
