O R D E R

% 13.12.2017 The status report by the SHO has been submitted pursuant to the proceedings dated 05.12.2017.

It has been submitted on behalf of the applicant that the applicant has joined the investigation on 06.12.2017 and 09.12.2017 and was interrogated. As per the prosecution version, during the interrogation she revealed she was with the main accused Gagan Chawla in the commission of the alleged offence.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the further interrogation of the applicant is required for the recovery of the case property. The status report further also indicates that the complainant has settled the matter with the main accused Gagan Chawla, who is on bail. In reply to a specific court query, it has been submitted on behalf of

the State that efforts were made to trace out the stolen articles from the residence of the applicant pursuant to the disclosure statement made by the accused Gagan Chawla could not be so recovered from the premises of the applicant as the house of the applicant had been found locked and she was not joining the investigation and thus, pursuant to the proceedings dated 05.12.2017, she has joined the investigation on 06.12.2017 and 09.12.2017 and though it has been submitted on behalf of the applicant that the applicant has no role to play at all, taking into account the factum that all the stolen articles are yet to be recovered from the applicant which are stated to be in the possession of the applicant, the application filed by the applicant seeking anticipatory bail is thus declined.

All interim protections are withdrawn.

The bail Appln No.2494/2017 is disposed of.
