This is an application for impleadment. The same is allowed. The applicants are impleaded as petitioners 9 to 11 to the instant writ petition.

W.P.(C) 11180/2017 with CM No. 45748/2017 and CM No. 988/2018 2.

Mr. Tiku, learned senior counsel on instructions says that there has been an error of both fact and law in the impugned order passed by the Lawyer Chamber Allotment Committee and,

therefore, he would like to approach the said Committee once again for reconsideration of its earlier decision.

Mr. Tiku also says that he would like to take the benefit of the judgment rendered by another Single Judge of this court dated 3.1.2018, passed in W.P.(C) 11084/2017, titled: Shoeb Shakeel v. Lawyers Chambers Allotment Committee Saket and Anr. 4.

Accordingly, as prayed the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Lawyer Chamber Allotment Committee in accordance with the extant guidelines. It is made clear that this Court has not examined the veracity of the assertions made on behalf of the petitioners. 5.

Consequently, all pending applications are disposed of. 6.
