By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that the marriage of his niece is fixed for 13th December, 2017. 2.
On a notice being issued a status report has been handed over, which is taken on record. As per the status report the factum of marriage of Chanchal, the niece of the petitioner to be solemnised on 13th December, 2017 has been verified. The elder brother of the petitioner Virender, father of Chanchal has since passed away.

As per the nominal roll the petitioner has been granted three furloughs in this year and there is no allegation that he misused the said concession granted to him.

Considering the verification done and the fact that the petitioner's family is residing at house No.503, Pana Udyan Bagri Mohalla, Narela, W.P.(CRL) 3417/2017
Delhi and has roots in the society this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner.

It is therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of two weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Tihar Jail. 6.
Petition is disposed of.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail by fax message.
