By way of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months to take care of his old age mother who is suffering from various ailments and to maintain family relations and social ties. 2.

Notice. Learned ASC as above accepts notice on behalf of the State. 3.

Nominal roll of the petitioner has also been placed on record as per which the Petitioner has availed two weeks furlough in the recent part i.e. from 13th October, 2017 to 28th October, 2017. 4.

As per Parole/Furlough Guidelines-2010, a minimum period of six months ought to have elapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole/furlough.

In the given facts and circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner for releasing him on parole is hereby rejected.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
