The learned counsel for the defendant points out that an execution petition has already been filed by the plaintiff. He further submits that they have today in court handed over credential for transfer of domain name alongwith User Name and Password.

He submits that they have no objection for transfer of domain name. No further orders are require. If the plaintiff has any grievance, he is free to pursue the same before the execution court.
