This application seeks direction to respondent No.1 to deposit the entire amount. The learned counsel for respondent No.1 states that there is some error in the computation of the amount. He submits that he will obtain instructions and deposit the requisite amount within two weeks from today. Let it be so done.

Such amounts when deposited shall be released to the appellant in terms of the order dated 16.11.2016 The application stands disposed off.
