It is submitted by Mr Sanjoy Ghose, ld. Additional Standing Counsel for the Government of NCT of Delhi that in terms of the order dated 8th December, 2017, guidelines with regard to the manner in which investigation has to be undertaken in the cases involving ATM frauds are being framed.

The prayers made in this application would be satisfied once W.P.(C) 10908/2017
the guidelines are framed and implemented. Let the guidelines be finalized within a period of two months from today and steps be taken accordingly.

This application is disposed of in the above terms. CM No.6873/2018 1.
So far as protection has been sought by way of this application is concerned, we had granted interim protection to the petitioner by the order dated 23rd March, 2018. 2.
We are informed by Mr. Kamlesh Kumar Mishra, ld. counsel for the petitioner that the applicant had gone to the concerned court.
Ld. counsel for the petitioner has informed that no chargesheet has been filed till date and proceedings under Section 82 of the CPC initiated against the petitioner stood withdrawn by the respondents.

In view of the above, subject to the petitioner co-operating in the investigation and not being wanted in any other case, the interim protection granted to the petitioner by our order dated 23rd March, 2018 is confirmed.
