% 24.04.2018 The petitioners claim to be vending near C-9, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. Fear of dispossession has led to the filing of the present writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the fact that the Delhi Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood & Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017 have been notified on 10.01.2018 and having regard to the fact that the Public Notice has now been issued calling upon the street vendors to submit their documents to enable the respondents to conduct the elections for the Town Vending Committees, he has instructions not to press this writ petition with liberty to approach the TVC as and when it is functional. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms with liberty, as prayed. G.S.SISTANI, J SANGITA DHINGRA SEHGAL, J APRIL 24, 2018/rb/
