W.P.(C) 10816/2017 & C.M. No.44364/2017 (stay) Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 23.12.2016 as also the subsequent order dated 04.9.2017 wherein his application seeking enhancement of the fee structure had been declined. Respondent has put in appearance. Learned counsel appearing for respondent submits that he has no objection to treat the present writ petition as a representation qua the petitioner and if it is agreeable

to the petitioner this representation of the petitioner shall be answered in accordance with law. Ordered accordingly. The present writ petition be treated as a representation of the petitioner by the respondent. Needless to state that a personal hearing shall be granted to the petitioner and a speaking order shall be passed by the respondent within six weeks from today.

In the meanwhile the respondent shall take no coercive steps. Needless to further state that rights and contentions of the respective parties are otherwise left open.

Petition disposed of.
