% 11.10.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as they have filed an appeal before the Municipal Taxation Tribunal ('Tribunal' for short). She submits that withdrawal of the present petition should not be treated as an adverse order or finding and all issues it should be clarified are left open.
Learned Senior Counsel for the South Delhi Municipal Corporation states that it should be clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion. Taking the statements on record, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn without any observation on merits. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn.
