The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.444/2017 registered under Sections 342/354A/509 IPC at PS Adarsh Nagar. Section 376 IPC was added later on. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By a detailed order dated 06.12.2017, the petitioner was granted interim bail on certain conditions and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioner has joined the investigation since then.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and for the reasons given in order dated 06.12.2017, interim bail granted is
confirmed on the same terms and conditions and in the event of petitioner's arrest, he be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer.

The bail application stands disposed of.
