The petitioner is aggrieved by the imposition of 50% Customs Duty on Peas (Pisum Sativum) vide a Custom's Notification dated 08.11.2017.

He urges that it import consignment from Russia had been dispatched from the Port of Russia when the duty was imposed. 2.

After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner would represent to the Authorities for appropriate relief and sought liberty to withdraw the WP(C) 10833/2017

Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
