% 06.12.2017 The appellant is aggrieved by an order of the learned Single Judge dated 27.11.2017, whereby, the interim order to intervene in the election process was not granted at the preliminary hearing stage. Looking at the nature of the controversy i.e. election of the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM), the Court is of the opinion that having regard to the overall circumstances, the election, which is underway, should be subject to the final outcome of the writ petition. The respondent/Central Government shall ensure that this order and direction is reflected in the election result to be announced. The appeal is disposed of in the above terms.
