% 29.05.2018 I.A. 7602/2018 & Review Pet. 232/2018 Today, learned senior counsel for defendants-applicants states that he would be satisfied if it is clarified that the order dated 14th May, 2018 gives liberty to the defendants-applicants to raise all pleas and contentions before the competent Court in which the fresh plaint is filed by the plaintiff. Learned senior counsel for plaintiff has no objection to the same. Consequently, the present review petition and application are

disposed of with a clarification that the Court in which the new plaint is filed shall decide the matter on its own merits without being influenced by any observation made by this Court or the factum of extension of the interim order by this Court.

Learned instructing counsel for the parties are directed to sign today‟s order sheet as a token of acceptance of the order. MANMOHAN, J MAY 29, 2018 js
