% 18.12.2018 Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in possession of the land in dispute and though the said land was earlier notified to be acquired but its possession was never taken over by the Government and compensation to the acquisition was also not given to the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner wants to sell the property to an appropriate purchaser but due to non availability of the status report, he could not sell it which is depreciating the value of land and resulting to loss. Learned standing counsel for the respondents on instructions submits that he be given four weeks' time to file a status report. Let copy of the status report be supplied to the counsel for the petitioner and also to the Sub Registrar Office, VI A, Pitampura, Delhi
pertaining to Khasra No. as mentioned in Annexure P-4 of the petition. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Dasti.
