% 21.10.2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that other co-accused persons i.e. Anamika Dubey(sister-in-law) and Abhishek Pandey (Jeth) have been granted anticipatory in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is 70 years old. It is further submitted that articles have been returned which have been taken by the complainant. It is further submitted that charge-sheet in the present case has already been filed.

In view of above submission and the fact that charge-sheet has already been filed, let the petitioner argue his bail application before the court concerned. Till then, petitioner is granted interim

protection.
