The arbitrator entered into the reference on 27.6.2016. Thereafter the parties mutually agreed to extend the time of proceedings from 26.6.2017 till 20.12.2017 and now seek further extension of time. Since the time of arbitration was extended mutually, hence such extension is ratified. The period for conducting

the arbitration proceedings is further extended for another six month from 20.12.2017.

The petition stands disposed of.
