The Trial Court had granted interim maintenance to the petitioner @ `18,000/- for the petitioner and `6,000/- for the child in her custody. In appeal, the amount was reduced to `10,000/- and `5,000/- respectively. 2.

During the pendency of the petition, it was agreed that from today the respondent shall pay `20,000/- in all to the petitioner as maintenance i.e. `10,000/- for the wife and 10,000/- for the child without prejudice and subject to future adjustment.

Since interim maintenance only has been granted by the Trial Courts, the amount of interim maintenance shall be `20,000/- (`10,000/- for the wife and `10,000/- for the child) w.e.f. today i.e. 09.04.2018 till the disposal of the main petition.

Payment of this amount shall be without prejudice and subject to future adjustment.

The revision petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Pending application also stands disposed of.
