Ms. Preeti Thakur, learned counsel appears with the petitioner Hem Chand. She presents her vakalatnama which is taken on record. Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is satisfied with the action that has been taken by respondents Nos. 1 and 2/SDMC and does not wish to pursue this matter any longer.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
