The petitioners are aggrieved by the impugned list of disqualified directors as published by the respondents to the extent it includes their names.

In the peculiar facts of this case, this Court considers it apposite that the present petition be considered as a representation by the Registrar of Companies (ROC). The ROC is directed to consider the same and pass a speaking order within a period of four weeks from today. In the event, the petitioner‟s representation is not accepted, the petitioner would have the liberty to apply.

The impugned list to the extent it includes the petitioners‟ name is set aside. The same would be subject to any further order that may be passed by the ROC.

The petition along with applications are disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
