By this petition, the petitioner seeks interim bail on the ground that surgery of his wife for removal of stone in Gall Bladder has to be performed on 15th December, 2017 at BSA Hospital, Sector-6, Rohini. 2.

On a notice being issued, a status report has been filed. As per the status report, though the medical documents pertaining to the wife of the petitioner have been verified however, it is stated that there are other family members of the petitioner who can look after her, that is, the parents and brother of the petitioner residing in the same premises, that is, House No. 83, Pocket -13, Sector-A-6, Narela. A list of involvements of the petitioner has also been placed on record.

Considering the fact that besides the present FIR, in which the petitioner seeks interim bail, there are four other FIRs out of which two BAIL APPLN. 2510/2017

relate to offences punishable under Sections 392/397 IPC, this Court does not deem it fit to grant interim bail to the petitioner. However, on 15th December, 2017, on the day of surgery of the petitioner's wife, the petitioner will be taken to the hospital in custody to the BSA Hospital to attend to his wife from morning 8.00 AM till 8.00 PM.

The Superintendent, Tihar Jail is directed to make necessary arrangement for taking the petitioner in custody to the hospital. 5.

Petition is disposed of.
