This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.17/2016 under Section 186/353/506/34 IPC, PS North Avenue, Delhi.

Learned Standing Counsel for the State/R-1 to R-3 submits that in this case chargesheet has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to raise all the contentions before the learned Trial Court at the stage of charge.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for.
