Report has been received that Aman son of petitioner No.1 is a major. Since contrary stands are being taken by petitioner No.1 and Aman and the present petition seeks grant of exemplary cost, compensation to Aman as well as regular and permanent employment in Delhi Development Authority besides other prayers, Aman, who is present in Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer states that he would file his own independent petition W.P.(CRL) 3428/2017

As claims in the present petition relate to the alleged negligence on the part of the respondent No.2 resulting in the injuries to Aman who seeks to file his own proper petition, nothing survives in the present petition. 3.

Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Aman, who is present in Court, seeks legal aid. Mr. Harsh Prabhakar, Advocate (Mob No. 9999309014) who is on the panel of Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee is appointed as counsel for Aman to file the petition/any other remedy available in law on behalf of Aman. 5.
