O R D E R

% 05.03.2018 Status report dated 18.12.2017 under the signature of SHO, PS Aman Vihar is on the record, which however indicates that there was no CCTV found operating at PS Sultan Puri.

On behalf of the State in response to a specific Court query it has been submitted that the applicant has been joining the investigation pursuant to directions of this Court in terms of proceedings dated 08.12.2017, 11.12.2017, 18.12.2017 and 15.01.2018. There are no previous adverse antecedents agasint the applicant and a cross-FIR No. 828/17, PS Sultan Puri is also indicated to be registered against Shri Lalit Kumar, brother-in-law of the applicant with the date of the incident being similar in the said FIR as in the instant case.

Without any observations on the merits or demerits of the case in view of the registration of a cross-FIR, in the event of arrest, the applicant is allowed to be released on bail on his furnishing a bail

bond of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court with directions that he shall join the investigation as and when required and he shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court, shall not tamper with the evidence, shall not intimidate the witnesses and shall not commit any offence whatsoever.
