% 07.12.2017 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that they would not press this petition, if this Court were to direct the official respondent to conduct and conclude the subject enquiry, within a definite period of time.

Mr. Ripu Daman Bhardwaj, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2, on instructions from Mr. Anurag Mishra, Sub-Area Organizer, states that the subject enquiry instituted against the petitioner shall be definitely concluded, within a period of six months from today, in accordance with law.

Directed accordingly.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition. W.P.(C) 10874/2017

Leave granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of.
