O R D E R

% 05.07.2018 The petitioner was granted interim protection from arrest on 18.12.2017. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation as and when called by the Investigating Officer. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that chargesheet has been filed and the petitioner is not avoiding or evading the process of law.

Consequently, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in FIR No. 539/17 under sections 419/420/468/471/120-B/34 IPC registered at Police Station Prashant Vihar, New Delhi, he be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with a surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer, subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall continue to participate in the investigation as and

when he is so intimated by the Investigating Officer; (ii) his mobile phone number 7703887209 shall be operational at all times, so that the police could contact him;

(iv) he shall not make any effort to evade the process of law; and (v) in case of change of the phone numbers or address, the petitioner shall inform the police forthwith.

Observations made in this order shall have no bearing on the merits of the case.

The petition is disposed off.
