O R D E R

% 21.12.2017 Respondent no.2 Ms. Sharda Devi is present in Court and has been identified by SI Rajiv Kumar of police station Mandawali Fazad Pur.

Respondent no. 2 admits having settled the matter with petitioner of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion; therefore, FIR No. 63/2013 under Sections 354/352 IPC registered at Police Station Mandawali Fazad Pur on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 has entered into a Compromise Deed dated 15th December, 2017 with the petitioner, which has been signed by her. Affidavit of respondent no. 2 has also been annexed with the petition.

Respondent no. 2 submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further against the petitioner and the same may be quashed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 63/2013 under Sections 354/352 IPC registered at Police Station Mandawali Fazad Pur and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
