O R D E R

% 07.12.2018 The plaintiff and defendant No. 1 have settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. They have executed a Settlement Agreement dated 19.11.2018. The Settlement Agreement is duly signed and executed by the plaintiff and defendant No. 1 and their respective counsel. The terms and conditions of the Settlement are stated in para 6 of the Settlement Agreement. The terms and conditions of the settlement are legal and valid. In terms of the Settlement Agreement, learned counsel for defendant No. 1 has today handed over to the learned counsel for plaintiff a demand draft of Rs. 10,000/- dated 22.11.2018 drawn on SBI in favour of J. Sagar Associates in full and final settlement of the claim of the damages of the plaintiff.

A decree is passed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. The plaintiff

and defendant No. 1 shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement.

In view of the settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the court fees. The suit stands disposed of.
