O R D E R

% 16.04.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no. 2 is not a signatory to the arbitration agreement it may be deleted from the array of parties without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner. It is ordered accordingly and respondent no. 2 is deleted from the array of parties. The proposed Arbitrator has filed his disclosure in terms of Section 11(8) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Having perused the same, I see no impediment in confirming his appointment as a Sole Arbitrator. The respondent shall be entitled to raise all his submissions before the Arbitrator so appointed.

Accordingly, Mr. K.K Bhucher, Advocate (Chamber No. 416 Lawyers' Chambers Block I, Delhi High Court, Mobile No. 9312228630) is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties.

The petition is allowed in the above terms, with no order as to costs. Dasti.
