% 22.02.2019 The grievance raised by the petitioners in the present petition was that the execution proceedings pending before the Assistant Collector, i.e. respondent No.1 were not being proceeded in an expeditious manner. Even though the execution is pending since 01.08.2012, no effective steps were taken in the said proceedings.

We are concerned with the lax manner in which respondent No.1 had been proceeding with the execution proceedings. We direct the respondents to ensure that there is no delay in the progress of the execution proceedings

and the same should positively be completed within the next three months. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach this Court in case there is any lapse on the part of the respondents in concluding the execution proceedings.
