% 20.12.2017 Against order of 9th November, 2017 (Annexure-A colly), directing recovery from petitioners due to down gradation of grade pay, petitioners claim to have made a Representation on 15th November, 2017 (AnnexureL colly), which according to petitioner's counsel has not been responded to.

Ms. Slomita Rai, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1 and submits that if it is so, then petitioners' Representation of 15th November, 2017 (Annexure-L colly) shall be positively decided within a period of six weeks and its fate would be made known to petitioners within a week thereafter.

Let it be so done.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to direct that in case petitioners' Representation of 15th November, 2017 (Annexure-L colly) is still pending, then respondent No.1 shall decide it by passing a speaking order within six weeks and its fate be made known to petitioners within a week thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.

Till Representation of 15th November, 2017 (Annexure-L colly) is decided, no recoveries be affected against petitioners in terms of impugned order of 9th November, 2017 (Annexure-A colly). With aforesaid directions, this petition and application are disposed of.
