1. After arguing for some time, Mr. Balbir Singh, learned Senior counsel for the Petitioner, states that the only direction he seeks is for expeditious disposal of the matter that has been remanded to the Transfer Pricing Officer ('TPO').

2. Accordingly, it is directed that the TPO will endeavour to pass appropriate orders in terms of the impugned order of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal within a period of six weeks from the date of the receipt/production of this order.
