The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the investigation in respect of FIR bearing no. 109/2017 under Sections 466/468/469/471/34 of the IPC, registered with Police Station Rajinder Nagar, Delhi be transferred from the said Police Station to Special Cell, Delhi Police or to any other independent investigation agency. 2.

Mr Lao, learned ASC appearing for the State states that the investigation has already been transferred from Police Station, Rajinder Nagar to Crime Branch. He also states that the investigation is monitored by the learned ACMM.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of.
