on 28.04.2015 against an order dated 16.03.2015, whereby, the petitioner has been discharged from service.

After hearing the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the Appellate Authority to hear out and dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties.
