544/2015 & CM APPL.51506/2019 in RC.REV. 600/2015 (for condonation of delay in filing the affidavit of undertaking) Petitioners, by the present applications, seek condonation of delay of 2 days in filing the affidavit of undertaking. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the affidavit of undertaking was filed, however, the same was returned under objections on the ground that it was filed late. For the reasons stated in the applications, the applications are RC.REV. 544/2015 & RC.REV. 600/2015

allowed. The delay in filing the affidavit of undertaking is condoned. The affidavit be re-filed.

Petitioner shall ensure that the affidavit of undertaking is placed on record within two days from today.
