% 08.12.2017 Shri Ankur Mishra, Assistant Manager (Legal), who is Authorised Representative of the respondent no. 2, is present in Court and has been identified by SI Afaque Ahmad of Sec-II/EOW. He submits that matter has been settled between respondent no. 2, i.e., Relaxo Footwears Limited and GLJ Industries (a proprietorship firm of petitioner no. 3) voluntarily. He submits that in view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2, respondent no. 2 is not willing to pursue the FIR any further against the petitioners and the same may be quashed. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the concerned
parties, in the interest of justice, FIR No.52/2014 under Sections 103/104 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and Section 63 of the Copy Right Act, 1957 (Amendment Acts 1984 & 1994) registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
