% 08.02.2018 This Court has been informed by the respondent, under instructions from SI Benkatesh Kumar, that the investigation is in progress and the final report is most likely to be filed within the next six weeks. This submission of the learned counsel for the respondent is taken on record. Petitioner is satisfied with this statement and he does not press this petition any further.

He, however, seeks a direction to the effect that since the respondent / accused / Poonam Pandey is still harassing the petitioner both physically as also through social media, an appropriate direction on this count be issued to the local police as also to the Cyber Crime Cell of the Delhi police. Accordingly, local police station Sarita

Vihar as also the Cyber Crime Cell of the Delhi police be sensitized of this situation and they will ensure that the complainants are not harassed on this count.
