This petition has been filed setting aside the impugned order dated 29th September, 2015 cancelling the bail granted on 15th November, 2014 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (MM). Impugned order was passed by the Sessions Court which is impugned herein.

It is now informed by the APP, on the instruction of the IO that during pendency of the matter for 9 years, charge sheet has been filed and there is no requirement or purpose for arresting the petitioner in this regard. Accordingly, the said statement is taken on record. 3.

Accordingly, the impugned order is set aside, and petitioner be enlarged on bail on the same terms and conditions set out in bail order dated 15th November 2014.
