O R D E R

% 22.12.2017 Status report for compliance of the direction dated 14.12.2017 has been submitted on behalf of the State and the report dated 19.12.2017 of the concerned Gynaecologist, Registration No. 7616 indicates that the wife of the applicant is suffering from Fibroid ut. for which the doctor has opined is disease which requires surgery in most of the cases. Placed on record is also another report of the same Gynaecologist, Registration No. 7616 dated 19.12.2017 wherein she has also stated that fibroid hysterectomy as early as possible was required.

Taking the same into account, the applicant for the operation of his wife is allowed to be released on interim bail for a period from 24.12.2017 till the date 06.01.2018 on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- to the satisfaction of the Trial Court subject to the condition that he shall not leave the country and shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail, Delhi on 06.01.2018 by 4.00 p.m. without default. BAIL APPLN. 2567/2017

The report of the surrender of the applicant be placed on record by the Superintendent Jail, Delhi by the dated 08.01.2018 without default. Learned counsel for the petitioner presently confines his prayer in the present bail application to the grant of interim bail only. The application is thus disposed of.
