% 11.12.2017 Respondent no. 2 Mr. Ravinder Kumar Rohilla, complainant in Crl. M.C. No. 5158/2017, is petitioner no. 1/accused in Crl. M.C. no. 4712/2017. Ms. Mona Wadhwa, respondent no. 2/complainant in Crl. M.C. No. 4712/2017, is petitioner no. 2/accused in Crl. M.C. No. 5158/2017. Her husband Mr. Sudhir Anand is also petitioner no. 1/accused in Crl. M.C. no. 5158/2017. Other petitioners in Crl. M.C. no. 4712/2017 are colleagues of Mr. Ravinder Kumar Rohilla.
It is submitted that a quarrel took place between the petitioners and private respondents in the aforesaid petitions on some trivial issues, which led to registration of the following cross FIRs:- (a) FIR No. 1008/2014 under Sections 186/509 IPC registered at P.S. Vivek Vihar on the complaint of respondent no. 2 Mr. Ravinder Kumar Rohilla.
(b) FIR No.
1009/2014 under Sections 354A/341/509/506/34 IPC registered at P.S. Vivek Vihar on the complaint of respondent no. 2 Ms. Mona Wadhwa.
Petitioners and private respondents, in both the petitions, have settled their disputes amicably; therefore, aforesaid FIRs may be quashed. All the
petitioners and private respondents are present in Court along with their counsels and have been identified by SI Sanjeev Kumar of Police Station Vivek Vihar. They submit that they have settled the matter of their own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Private respondents further submit that they are not willing to pursue the aforesaid FIRs any further and the same may be quashed. Keeping in view the fact that petitioners and private respondents were known to each other and now they have settled their disputes in order to maintain harmonious relations in future, in the interest of justice both the FIRs, that is, FIR No. 1008/2014 under Sections 186/509 IPC and FIR No. 1009/2014 under Sections 354A/341/509/506/34 IPC, both registered at P.S. Vivek Vihar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Both the petitions are disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
