% 14.03.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking primarily a direction to the respondent no.2/school to grant fee concession/exemption to the petitioner‟s grand-daughter under the below poverty line category. A perusal of the paper book reveals that respondent no.2/school is based in Ghaziabad (U.P). It is pertinent to mention that in the present writ petition, primarily the school principal‟s decision rejecting petitioner‟s application for below poverty line status has been impugned. Consequently, this Court is of the view that the present Court has no territorial jurisdiction to entertain the present writ petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition and the application are dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court.
